In the process of software development and providing engineering services, Transition Technologies uses a set of written quality assurance procedures that were formalized in 2005 and were officially recognized as compliant with Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001 standard, as confirmed by the ISO 9001 Certificate awarded to TT in 2005 by RW TÜV Poland Ltd. The system has been extended in 2012 with additional standards, including IT Service Management ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001:2013. In 2015 the system has been extended with Occupational Health and Safety Management Specification OHSAS 18001.
As a result of the audit conducted by TÜV NORD, we received ISO 9001 certification, confirming compliance of the Quality Management System implemented in our company with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 as regards design, programming and implementation of specialised information and automation systems for industry, including power and gas industries, and outsourcing of these services. In 1997, our branch office in Ostrów Wielkopolski received a certificate in the area of engineering. Then, in 2005, the range of the certification was extended to all branch offices of the company.
Our products and services are in line with customer expectations and the requirements determined in orders. The introduced system refers to the Quality Policy implemented by the Company, whose main purpose is: Client Satisfaction, Employee Commitment, Promptitude and Innovation based on the latest scientific trends and achievements.

In order to ensure the highest level of security, integrity and confidentiality of the information entrusted to our company and to reduce the exposure to risk as well as requirements arising from contracts and demonstrate the quality of services, the company has implemented additional quality standards ISO / IEC 27001:2005 and ISO / IEC 20000 - 1:2005. They are responsible for verifying and strengthening security regarding sources of danger, which can come from human factors, business processes, as well as technologies
Standards ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 include issues related to the protection of created, stored, and processed information but also IT service management issues. ISO 27001 standardizes the requirements for the security, integrity, and availability of information. Transition Technologies Customers receive a guarantee of safety and stability. ISO 20000 provides the possibility to check whether the company has successfully implemented the best service management standards, defined by the methodology of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
The Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001) Standard has been implemented providing a recognizable occupational health and safety management system against which the management systems have been assessed and certified. (Certificate received in March 2015.)
